Before you can request a refund from your Google Ads account, please make sure you have cancelled your account.
- Go to your Google Ads account Preferences.
- Click the Account Status section to expand it.
- Click Cancel my account.
If a refund was not automatically requested, you may see an option to “Issue a refund”. Click on it and fill out the form.
